Privacy notice
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and collects no analytics. We process only what is technically unavoidable to deliver the page, and whatever you choose to send us by e-mail.
1 · Controller
The syrarchity organization — the operator of syrarchity.com.
The controller's full legal identity is disclosed to data subjects, authorities and holders of a legitimate interest upon request.
Contact: office@syrarchity.com
2 · What we process
Server logs. When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically records the data any web server records: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type, and referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days and then deleted, unless required as evidence of an attack.
E-mail correspondence. If you write to us, we process your address and the content of your message to respond. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or contract initiation where relevant (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR). Correspondence is retained only as long as the matter requires, or as statutory retention duties prescribe.
Web fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google when the page loads. We plan to serve all typefaces from our own infrastructure in a future revision, removing this third-party request.
3 · What we do not do
- No cookies — neither functional nor advertising. There is nothing to consent to, and no banner to dismiss.
- No analytics, fingerprinting, or behavioural tracking.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
4 · Recipients & transfers
Technical service providers act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR agreements. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which serves it through its global edge network; transfers to third countries are safeguarded by adequacy mechanisms and standard contractual clauses.
5 · Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in particular the authority of your habitual residence or of the controller's seat. To exercise any right, write to office@syrarchity.com.
6 · Changes
We will update this notice when the website's functionality changes. The version published here is always the current one.
